He then married Betsy Janeck and they had two children. On Dec. 31, 1992, Dave married Barbara Henneberry. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Johnson-Henneberry of Madison; four children, Teresa K. Johnson of Woodbury, Minn., Susan E. A celebration of Dave's life will be held at the ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4058 Lien Road, Madison, on Sunday, May 15, 2005, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Dave's family would like to thank HospiceCare for the comfort and support they provided to the whole family during this difficult time, as well as fulfilling Dave's wish to be at home. The family requests donations be made to HospiceCare Inc. I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one. I'd like to leave an afterflow of smiles when life is done. I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways. Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun. Of happy memories that leave when life is done. All Faiths Funeral & Cremation Services Madison (608) 442-0477
