Obituary: Mamie Jane (Vitale) Troia - Class of 1952

MADISON [Wisconsin] - Mamie Jane Troia; age 66, passed away Saturday, May 26, 2001, at St. Marys Hospital after a brief illness. She was born December 21, 1934, the daughter of the late Frank and Rose (Gandolfo) Vitale. Jane graduated from Central High School in 1952. She was married to Frank Troia on May 14, 1955. Jane was a devoted wife and mother. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. Her sense of humor was enjoyed by her family and friends. She, will be greatly missed. Jane is survived by her husband. Frank; two children, Barbara (Randy) Hillebrand, and Jimmy Troia; three grandchildren, Tara and Randy Hillebrand, and Anna Troia: and a sister, Josephine (Chuck) Rolfsmeyer. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, May 30, 2001, at 1:00 p.m. at ST. JAMES CATHOLIC CHURCH, with Fr. Douglas L. Dushack officiating. Friends may greet the family on Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Burial will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery. Cress Funeral Home 608-238-3434
